Barrister, previoulsy worked with private practice specialising in family, crime and PI.
Prior to being called to the Bar in 2011, David worked in private practice for ten years specialising in family law, criminal law and personal injury work.
In 2012 David undertook an internship with the Regional Public Defenders Office and Innocence Project in Texas, USA, working on trial preparation in capital cases and appeal work.
David graduated from Northumbria University in 2012 with a Masters degree in Advanced Legal Practice.
Family David has acted across a wide range of family hearings in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court for both applicants and respondents in private law. He has also acted for parties in applications for injunctions under the Family Law Act 1996. David has represented Respondents in Public Law cases.
Criminal David accepts instructions from both Prosecution and Defence in a wide range of criminal matters in both the Crown and Magistrates Courts.
Civil David undertakes civil work for both Claimants and Defendants on liability, quantum, drafting of pleadings and advocacy in areas including Personal Injury, Breach of Contract and Sale of Goods.
